Overview
I am excited to be working with a new client in the Scottish Borders to recruit a Residential Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a leading charity in providing residential care, work opportunities and further education for adults with learning disabilities. This is a new role that will sit within the clients' senior management team reporting directly to the CEO. The Residential Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of the residential services ensuring all facilities are functioning at the highest standard possible along with delivering the expected level of service to all residents. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support for their team of House Managers to ensure the client meets the relevant service standards. You will work constructively with the Care Inspectorate and other external stakeholders to ensure that all relationships continue to benefit the organisation and its residents. Leading by example you will identify areas of development and along with the House Managers implement improvement plants when required.
