An excellent opportunity to work in our client's busy Edinburgh office to support their financial advisers. Requirements You will have relevant experience working within a financial office as an administrator or experience working within a product provider with a background in pensions/wealth management. You will be a dedicated learner with strong team working skills. Excellent communication skills and organisation skills will make you stand out. The ideal candidate will show; - A good sense of responsibility - Excellent listening and team working skills - Experience either as an IFA administrator, or experience working with a product provider - Dedication and enthusiasm to learn Responsibilities You will work as part of the administration team to firmly support the business activities of the directors/advisers. You will be the first point of contact for designated advisers. Other requirements include: - Processing fees in an efficient, controlled, and timely manner and reconciliations are maintained. - Processing new business applications - Chase up product providers - Client service work is being done consistently and effectively with correspondence logged to client records accurately - Regularly engage with colleagues across all offices to ensure best practice - Provide technical expertise/coaching to your colleagues An excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right experience, please do not hesitate to get in touch
