Overview
Are a Registered Nurse who has a fire in their belly; who would love the opportunity to work in a Nursing Home different to anywhere they have worked before? The nurses in this organisation are trained as nurse prescribers, one of them is doing a masters in Dementia and the last two Registered Managers appointed within the company were promoted from within. They do things differently hereinnovation is the name of the game and I hate to use the word dynamic, butwelldynamic They are looking for a Nurse Manager (not Registered Manager), a bit like a Deputy, Nurse trained, managing the clinical team and working as part of the senior leadership team.
