About you: - Proven knowledge in writing and reviewing security policies. - A good understanding of the security landscape and Information Security. - It would certainly be beneficial if you have added value in an IT Security role. - First class client communication skills, able to converse at all levels. - Must have an accurate and detailed understanding of ISO27001 including implementation and other frameworks would be useful to have. - Well versed in IT / Security compliance across ideally a large organisation as well as knowledge surrounding international standards. - Confident in regulated areas and compliance matters plus how it can affect the organisation. - An understanding of security controls across a wide range. The different tasks involved for the IT Security Compliance Officer: - Taking responsibility for the IT Risk Register. - Implementing and enforcing security policies across the company. - Assisting with and supporting internal audits. - Producing training for the whole company in relation to internal security training. - Ownership of ISO 27001 and other security certifications.
