Network Specialist (3rd Line/Manager)

Network Specialist Your new role You will be crucial to the company services and solutions offerings and to the success of service operations company wide.You will serve as a focused member of the Technical Support organisation, responsible for several very important functions within the support group: Research, development and implementation of hardware/software support and service development on (new platforms) Support staff (training and directions) To be hands-on with incidents if necessary to provide high-level direction to specialists within the team and effectively deliver winning support. Direct Production of documentation, white papers and Technical Support to the field service staff Sales support to sales and management focusing on client engagements What you'll need to succeed You will show a high degree of success with accurate hardware/software support problems within specified platforms (VMware, HyperV). You will also need to have a great understanding of the Cloud networks, has lead IT teams in migrations or the cloud network and to provide back ups. To provide directions with regards to company investment in hardware, software, training and expert staffing.
