Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Foreman a well-established manufacturing client of H2 Consultancy based in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a varied role, reporting into the Managing Director, This position has arisen due to expansion and requires an enthusiastic person to take up a new role within the team. Main Duties In your role as a Workshop Foreman you will be supporting the existing team and manage the following tasks: Delegation of duties to workshop Fabricators and Welders Quality checks Job sign offs Planning of resource and job prioritisation within a busy workshop environment. Reading and understanding of fabrication drawings Liaising with Operational Management Liaising between the workshop and the office Essential skills Experience of 5 years as a Foreman is essential Leadership and management skills are essential Candidates must have a Steel Manufacturing background Essential details Position - Workshop Foreman Location - Stoke-On-Trent Salary- £30k- £33k Privacy notice: At H2 Consultancy we take your privacy seriously.
