Leading firm of chartered accountants seek experienced Accounts professional in their busy office in Bury Your new firm A leading firm of chartered accountants are currently experiencing periods of sustained growth and are seeking an Accounts Semi Senior to join their fast paced friendly team in Bury. This is a great job opportunity for an individual to take their accounting career to the next step with a reputable practice. Your new role As an Accounts Semi Senior you will be responsible for preparing statutory year end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships to partner review stage. You will be in charge of handling all the relevant corporation tax computations alongside some ad hoc VAT, management accounts, audit and bookkeeping work. This Accounts role will enable you to develop your general practice skill set. What you'll need to succeed The firm are looking to appoint an engaging individual who has prior experience of working within a general practice who is competent in preparing accounts to partner review. The firm would be happy to appoint an AAT, ACCA studier or qualified by experience individual. You must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for progressing your practice career. On top of this, you must be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with clients on a daily basis.
