Highly-successful firm in Leicestershire seeks a talented Private Client Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an opportune time for a technically brilliant lawyer to join our client’s new private client department situated in their Leicester office. The successful applicant will handle a varied caseload of private client matters. STEP membership would be advantageous but is not essential. Responsibilities • Wills • Probate • Lasting powers of attorney • Court of Protection matters • Trust litigation • Personal tax and trusts • Personal asset management The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE but not essential as long as sufficient pre-qualification experience • Strong experience within private client law is required • STEP membership would be highly advantageous • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Excel in communication with the ability to explain matters in clear, accessible language The Firm Our client is leading, modern practice with a loyal and expanding client base.
