Compliance Analyst

Do you have experience of working with financial services? Do you have a strong attention to detail with excellent IT capabilities e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint? Working as a Compliance Analyst, you will utilise you exceptional analytical and communication skills to carry out end to end journey and call monitoring, providing assurance to the wider business whilst also building effective working relationships. Key skills and responsibilities: Ensure all work completed is done so in accordance with applicable quality standards and policies and procedures Carry out monitoring following the compliance framework, built upon the FCA’s 6 outcomes Resolve queries or referrals from both within and outside of the team Consider risk when completing daily activities Plan and prioritise allocated workloads against agreed service standards Documenting monitoring outcomes and report writing Assigning actions to business unit owners Providing support to the business, Line Manager and Risk team To be successful applicants will need to possess strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and combine this with the ability to prioritise and coordinate work and maintain confidential information. Experience and knowledge of working in financial services and a curious and pragmatic approach to work, would also be beneficial.
