Head of HSE

Role: Head of Health, Safety & Environment Location: Flexible - UK wide responsibilities Salary: c£65,000 - £70,000 basic, bonus, pension, healthcare, car or allowance. Head of Health, Safety & Environment My client is a market leader in the supply of plant machinery, with a nationwide depot network. A requirement has been made to recruit a first-class Head of Health, Safety & Environment to oversee the strategy and delivery of the HSE function. The role has a national remit, overseeing regional QHSE teams and reports into an Engineering & Fulfilment Director. The role has the core objective of providing a legal and compliant HSE structure that provides a safe working environment and culture for all employees and customers. Candidate Requirements: Significant Health & Safety experience ideally from a Plant background, however, experienced Health & Safety candidates from other Construction related backgrounds would be considered. It is essential the successful candidate has a minimum of an IOSH Affiliate qualification or above. It is essential the successful candidate is fully IPAF trained and qualified.
