Overview
Adele Carr are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business in Warrington on an initial 12 week temporary basis to cover a large backlog of work. You will join a business who have a well known name in the market. An excellent working environment with flexible hours, a supportive team and onsite parking. They are easily accessible from all major network links. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor in a high volume transaction environment, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: Input and matching of supplier invoices Input of Employee Expenses ensuring adherence to company policies Ensuring the resolution of pricing/delivery/master data/other queries via liaison with local and non-UK-based purchasing /logistics/operations staff. Liaising with other departments to ensure they are fully appreciative and compliant with company standard procedures necessary for AP performance standards to be met. Maintain vendor relationships through timely payments and excellent service levels effectively with a very strong 'customer service' ethos. Supplier statement reconciliations Admin, Filing and other Ad-Hoc duties as required The successful applicant will have: Strong Purchase Ledger experience Attention for detail Hardworking and proactive Due to the nature of the role, only candidates immediately available or available on a short notice period will be considered for the role
