Overview
A well established and progressive Lancashire law firm is seeking a senior family solicitor or FILEx to join their expanding Family Department in their offices in Preston. You will be joining a dynamic Family Department and will handle a varied caseload of predominantly private family matters. Also, you'll have several Legal Aid cases, therefore, experience or previous exposure of Legal Aid is highly desirable. You will be provided with full administration and secretarial support and be joining a collegiate friendly team. You must be a qualified family solicitor or legal executive (5 years' PQE) with experience of dealing and assisting with a broad range of private and public family law caseloads including matrimonial, divorce, ancillary relief, children matters and financial. Panel membership would be an advantage but not essential. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Also, you will have 25 days holiday, pension scheme and free car parking.
