Overview
Would you like a position that offers a diverse caseload and enthusiastic work environment? An interesting opening has arisen for a newly qualified real estate solicitor to join one of Wiltshire's leading firms at their Chippenham office. You will be joining the real estate, land and development team in a growing department. This team has an ever increasing reputation for being part of one of the leading law firms in the house-building sector. You will be joining a team that acts for private housebuilders, land promoters and landowners on a varied range of high value house building projects. There will be some bespoke commercial development transactions given the mix of housebuilder and landowner work. You will be handling development land transactions from beginning to end, along with infrastructure agreements and general site set up.
