Overview
The Organisation: I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known and firmly established company who operates in the motor trade to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. The role is Monday to Friday and 37.5 hours per week and offers an excellent salary package and benefits. The Job: Reporting into the Branch Accountant and will be responsible for daily processing of key accounts functions such as Vehicle and Manufacturers debtors, banking, purchase ledger and sales ledger queries. Motor Trade experience would be preferred however working in a busy retail environment will be considered. Day-to-day Duties include: Preparation of Management Accounts Banking Vehicle Management Systems Preparation and submission of Composites Reconciliation of Control Accounts A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel would be preferred. Previous use of Kerridge or Pinnacle.
