Overview

Casanovas Recruitment Solution is currently representing a successful business within Colchester, seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a fixed term basic for 8 months. My client is seeking a candidate with a can-do attitude and has dealt with high volume processing and used to working in a fast pace and able to think outside of the box at times. Duties will include: Processing 150-200 invoices a week Matching and batching invoices Preparing weekly supplier payment runs and BACS Files Reconciling Supplier statements to the purchase ledger balance on a monthly basis Dealing with internal and external queries Weekly expenses payment run Preparing and sending remittances for payment Petty Cash and Credit Card Statements reconciliations for company
