Qualified RMN/RGM Deputy Manager job in Plymouth. Excellent rates of pay, holiday and pension. Your new company This company is a well known national organisation looking to appoint a deputy manager at one of their sites in Plymouth. The home caters to adults with learning difficulties, mental health issues, complex needs and physical difficulties. Your new role You will be responsible for providing leadership to develop excellent and professional resident centred care within this company. Also, focusing on the development and implementation of policies to ensure the efficient and effective management of the service. Other responsibilities will include resident care, personnel issues, staff leadership and management, health and safety and data protection. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need: RMN or RGN Proven experience of working at senior nurse role Supervision of nursing staff Awareness and undertaking of clinical audit Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to lead a team What you'll get in return In return you will get a full time salaried position, pension, holiday and additional company benefits.
