Production Operativ

gap-personnel is looking for production operatives to work in one of ours award winning client based in Bridlington Main Duties Ensure each product specification is followed and any anomalies are reported immediately Ensure that any production targets set are met; or if this is not possible, shortfalls are reported to the relevant person in a timely manner Maintain a clean and tidy area (work, changing room, canteen), meeting both safety and hygiene regulations of the site Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times within the production area Attend training appropriate to the area including regular refresher/update training as and when required Report any equipment defects immediately to the Charge Hand/Supervisor Behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times Assist during internal/external audits as required Adhere to all Company rules and policies Maintain high levels of work performance Ensure that all team members pursue safe working practices and all accident and reporting procedures Skills & Competencies Reliability and good timekeeping Ability to follow instructions Ability to work under pressure Effective communicator Please note that we do not employee anyone under the age of 18.
