Overview
My client is a highly respected, well established business who specialise in power solutions for the building services sector. Due to record trading levels and exciting plans for the future, they have an opportunity for a Technician to join their talented team. The role will involve working closely with the management team and Directors, providing advice and guidance to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible solutions and service. You will be office based but will be required to visit client sites when necessary. To be successful in the role you will need to have wide ranging knowledge of the power solutions industry, particularly panel boards and switchgear. You will have the confidence and experience to provide advice and guidance to internal teams and clients with involvement in tenders and quotations when required. Your role will include some supervisory responsibilities to ensure the specifications are delivered correctly. You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, a positive attitude and the ability to work to deadlines and high standards.
