Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings c.£25k with competitive Car Allowance Edinburgh and the Lothians Just Recruit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager based in Edinburgh, covering Edinburgh and the Lothians. Our client is going through a sustained and planned period of real growth just now and as such are looking to add to their already dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator and hold themselves to the highest of customer service standards. Previous experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of Edinburgh will be a huge advantage. The Role; Visiting landlords and providing an accurate valuation of their property. Valuations throughout Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Providing guidance to landlords on the local market, discussing current market trends. Generating new business. Carrying out inventories/check outs and on occasions, inspections. The Successful Candidate will have; A professional manner. A high standard in presentation skills. Attention to detail when carrying out research before attending client meetings. A full clean driving license.
