Location: Marischal College Duration: Permanent/Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week Job Purpose Manage and develop the Energy Policy and Energy Profile for the Council Housing stock, including the reporting on Government Standards such as Energy Efficiency Standard in Social Housing (EESSH) inclusive of detailed SAP and RdSAP calculation and projections for Energy Company Obligation (ECO) claims. To manage the Energy Team (Housing Assets) to ensure that Aberdeen City Council meets the legislative requirements for Energy Performance Certificate. Requirements The post holder needs to hold as a minimum: Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification Responsibilities The post holder is expected to demonstrate: Proven ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms. Proven ability to accurately record numerical information and undertake complex numerical calculations. Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage constant and often conflicting demands. Proven ability to effectively manage staff and resources.
