Our client is a domiciliary care provider based in Bromsgrove Worcestershire who has been accredited as one of "The Best 20 Care Providers in the West Midlands 2018" bypromoting people’s independence and enabling them to stay in their own home. Due to continued success and increased number of service users, our client is looking to expand their " Award Winning " teams within the Bromsgrove and surrounding areas B60, B61 and B45. Responsibilities Care Assistants: Providing support and care to vulnerable people in the community. Assisting with all aspects of personal care. Assisting with Medication. Assist with preparing meals. Household tasks. Sleep ins. Waking nights. Live in. Communication with families, Doctors and other health professionals. Accurate recording and supporting of day to day activities. Requirements of Care Assistants: Full driving Licence with own Transport required. Must be Kind, Caring, Patient good with people. Willingness to learn and maintain training. Good communication. Must be able to work alternative weekends and Bank holidays and demonstrate good levels of flexibility Must have a clear Disclosure check NVQ or Diploma level 2 in health & Social Care desirable or willing to work towards None qualified ( full Induction training applied) Benefits for the Care Assistants: Competitive Rates of pay, including travel time and mileage.
