Overview
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing. We are looking for a quality CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage adviser with a proven track record in mortgage/protection sales to work for one of our leading mortgage broker AR's to cover a 3 branch, market leading estate agency practice in the BASINGSTOKE & surrounding area due to continued growth & expansion. If you are ambitious, have a desire for personal development, and a team player then we would like to hear from you. In return you will benefit from: Excellent earnings potential with a generous commission package on a highly competitive self employed basis with financial support whilst you build your pipeline OTE £60-80K very realistic Masses of leads provided from this cracking market leading estate agent, registering 40 applicants per week on average and selling double figures weekly Access to the UK’s leading exclusive mortgage deals via the L&G Mortgage Club & four quality life providers too Relevant experience of working in an estate agency environment would also be a distinct advantage, although not essential and full admin support is on offer for the successful candidate.
