An exciting Commercial Accountant role has become available for a business in Liverpool. Client Details This is an international manufacturing company with a presence in over 20 countries across the globe. They work with some really exciting blue-chip customers, have invested millions in factory improvements across the country and can boast of a reputable brand which is seen as a market leader. Description As Commercial Accountant reporting into the Finance Director and business partnering across specific areas of the business, your role will be to support the business on key decision making and strategy development through analysis. Your main responsibilities will be: Supporting the Finance Director with financial modelling and analysis to address current business issues and needs Analysis to support business decision and presentations of the specific channel and departmental heads Preparing annual budgets on analysis of P&Ls Consolidating local input on budgets and forecasts Maintaining a robust margin control framework Effective business partnering across various departments Building key relationships with key stakeholders such as FP&A, financial accounting, costing, operations, manufacturing etc Profile The ideal candidate for the Commercial Accountant role must have: Experience working in a fast paced management accounting and/or commercial finance role Actively studying towards or nearing the full qualification of CIMA/ACCA Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills with significant knowledge of systems such as SAP Ability to work well with people across different departments and different locations Strong numeracy and accuracy Job Offer We can offer: Competitive salary paying £25,000 £35,000 Full study support package Company bonus scheme 25 days holidays Pension scheme Healthcare Free parking
