Overview
We are currently recruiting for a new role that will be opening up for someone to sell Service Contracts throughout the UK working for the Service Manager. Role: Service Contract Business Specialist Location: UK Wide coverage but some time will be spent at Head Office in (approx 1-2 days a week) You will have to have an appreciation of the importance of Service Contracts. The role will develop as both the individual and we get used to having someone take over these responsibilities. Responsibility: You will be field based and need to visit our larger customers. You will also spend some time in the office to liaise with the Admin team. Look to converting customers who's Warranty is about to expire. Contract Renewals of existing customers Look to win back contracts we may have lost in the past and actively look into this avenue. Person Spec: Essential Experience of working with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS and more in previous roles. The client is open on profile as long as you show a good aptitude for taking on a Service Sales role, you could come from the following backgrounds: An experienced Service Engineer who has some exposure to Service Contracts or wants that step up Already in a Service Sales role.
