At North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) we deliver Apprenticeships and work-based training to over 2,000 learners in 1,000 organisations at any one time, primarily throughout the North West and Yorkshire. We are now looking to employ and develop an enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful Learner Recruitment and Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with applicants and employers, providing outstanding levels of information, advice and guidance. You will also work closely with the Employer Engagement team which will involve generating leads in order to establish new business with employers across the Region. Experience of working in a customer focused/sales role, eg a contact centre, retail or similar environment would be a distinct advantage. Ambitious and driven, you will provide high levels of customer service, and use your skills and experience to achieve team targets as well as generate appointments for new business. As part of the role you will build relationships with candidates and employers to understand requirements and generate successful outcomes. This will include: checking candidate and employer eligibility arranging candidate assessments/interviews organising employer interviews notifying candidates of interview outcomes/providing feedback advertising vacancies attending events working closely with the NLTG Employer Engagement, marketing and schools liaison teams. Flexibility to work across both the Recruitment and Employer Engagement teams when required.
