The Role The purpose of ICT Service Desk Co-ordinator is to act as the primary point of contact for ICT related support; providing first line support with a professional, customer focused approach. This role will be key to co-ordinating Orwell’s ICT service desk and ensuring that a great level of service is provided to the business. A bout You The ideal candidate will have excellent IT Skills and be computer literate. You will have a background in providing first class customer service and have the ability to prioritise tasks within an environment of changing priorities. It is essential that you are a confident, friendly communicator and that you have the desire to provide people-focused services. The ICT Service Desk Co-ordinator will be expected to operate in line with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) level 3. W hy Orwell?
