Due to natural growth, they require an experienced Business Change Analyst to join the business and contribute to the existing dynamic in the team. Overview The business is looking to recruit an experienced solution orientated Business Change Analyst who will deliver efficiencies and processes, alongside adding real value to the growth of the company. The Business Change Analyst role is an excellent opportunity to continue your growth in the energy industry. You will be exposed to various aspects of the business and be a key part of their growth strategy. The successful candidate should ideally have a strong knowledge of the UK Gas & Electricity markets and be able to work with stakeholders at all levels. Duties Manage and deliver Business Change projects covering new systems and processes, and changes to existing systems and processes. Develop and maintain operational process maps and detailed work instructions. Develop business cases to support proposals for new solutions. Prepare and orchestrate workshops to explore ways to improve business processes. Investigate operational problems and processes, evaluate options and propose solutions. Produce specifications and raise Change Requests to support process and system change. Prepare User Acceptance Test strategies and plans. Conduct User Acceptance Testing working closely with SMEs and key users. Measure the effectiveness of Business Change and support a culture of continuous improvement.
