Patient Appointment Booker Sector: Private Healthcare Location: Harlow Job Type: Temporary Duration of temporary role: Temporary ongoing, there is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Pay Rate: £10.00 umbrella per hour Working days and hours : 37.5 hours per week working within the following days and hours below. Parking: Free onsite and within a 4-minute walk from company location Mon - Friday (Saturdays rotational after training period 1 in 4 weeks) Shifts Early - 7am - 3.30pm Core 1 - 8am - 4.30pm Core 2 - 9.30am - 6pm Late - 11.30am - 20.00pm Shifts are rotational will approximately 1 late per week (unless annual leave needs to be covered) Duties and Responsibilities 50 to 70% of the role will be completing outbound calls to patients and book hospital appointments within the client’s service level agreement timescales Working to KPIs; this includes ensuring patients are seen within a certain time period, call times and appointments arranged Update and maintain patient records and information Candidates will follow a spreadsheet, call patients and book them into appointments, they will then update the system and spreadsheet and send confirmations Complete patient courtesy and follow up patient appointments Experience and Skills Solid customer service and admin experience in a fast-paced environment High attention to details Experience of exceeding KPIs Happy to complete 50 to 70% of outbound calls on a daily basis Candidates don’t have to come from a Healthcare background but would be advantageous
