Payroll Manager - Stand Alone

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller this is a standalone Payroll Manager / Coordinator position working for a business in the Halifax area of West Yorkshire. You will take full responsibility for the end to end payroll function for c200 employees covering both current employees and ex-employee pension payments whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. Main duties and responsibilities are to include but not be exclusive to: Full end to end payroll responsibilities. Processing monthly salary payments through the Navision Payroll system Processing pension payments to ex-employees. Answering employee questions and responding to requests including processing new starters. Maintains payroll information directing the collection calculation and input of data including overtime, SSP SMP Pensions etc. Assistance in the production of payslips (paper and e-payslips) for secure issue Responsible for issuing e-P60s to employees and ensuring final payments are processed to Inland Revenue adhering to set deadlines. Administration of auto enrolment pension scheme. Maintaining company car schedule, reviewing personal vehicle documentation. Reconciliation of wage control accounts/journals. Payments (P.A.Y.E) Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
