JOB DESCRIPTION The Rec Pool Group are actively recruiting for a Relationship Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The role is working for an established Payroll / Umbrella related firm based in Liverpool City Centre, in their executive offices based by waterfront on Princes Parade. The role offers full in-house training related to their internal database and processes along with a modern and professional working environment. THIS IS A NON-SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER ROLE, FOCUSING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLIENT MANAGEMENT. The role: Dealing with existing clients Handling the after-care service of clients Resolving customer queries Building & maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Providing a professional and reliable service throughout Outbound contact to introduce new clients to the business in the form of Welcome Calls Various admin tasks and documenting client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system The person: Professional telephone manner and conduct IT literate and comfortable using standard Msoft Office packages Previous Relationship Management and Customer Service experience; industry background in Financial, Insurance or Legal sectors preferred Problem solving mentality Able to handle potentially challenging customers in a calm and effective manner and deliver the correct solution first time Dedicated and receptive to training and feedback The package: Basic salary £20,000 28 days holiday Fantastic working environment in highly sought-after location, with on-site kitchen Ongoing training and development
