Overview
Infrastructure Analyst | £42,000-48,000 | Liverpool | Professional Services Your new company Leaders within the Legal Industry, operating on a global scale. Your new role As Infrastructure Analyst, you will work with the IT team to develop, implement and maintain Infrastructure systems both in their UK and International offices. You will be a point of escalation for Service Desk Analysts, supporting them in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Supporting in the execution of IT Project Roadmaps, departmental policies and strategies; you will proactively contribute to Service Desk documentation and policy. Additionally, you will create and maintain test plans and recovery methods for all systems. What you need to succeed Must have experience of VMWare, all Microsoft technologies including; Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFSR, Sites / Services and native replication technologies. Strong experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking, troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies. Being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical workloads, change management and problem management is essential.
