Overview
Do you have administrative experience and an interest in developing a career in HR? My client is seeking an HR administrator to join their friendly HR team. In this role you will be required to prove administrative support to the team where you will be able to learn all aspects of the company's HR function. If you are pro-active with an enthusiasm to learn, then this may be the role for you. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm Salary £20,000 Benefits 25 day annual leave bank holidays Free parking on-site Support for professional qualifications - available for the right person Duties Provide HR administrative support to all staff across the company Responsible for arranging induction sessions and on-boarding days for new starters Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and practices Responsible for dealing with the distribution of HR documentation to staff Skills Maths & English GCSE C and above Ability to prioritise Previous administration experience (HR experience desirable) Ability to work alone and as part of a team Ability to work discretely with regards to confidential information
