Software Team Lead – Still Hiring Software Team Lead is needed to join a household name that is going through a major growth phase at present as it continues to take the market by storm. As the business scales-up rapidly they need to scale their software engineering teams and in turn they need great people to lead/manage those teams. The opportunity arises for a strong Software Team Lead to hire, mentor and develop their own team and execute against some challenging and rewarding software projects. The role adopts more of a team than a technical lead capacity and will suit a manager who is very people focused rather than a software leader who wants to personally write the best code. About You: You will come from a strong software development background (ideally Java or Scala but other backgrounds welcome). You will be an incredible communicator. You will have experience of managing and leading a small team. You will have experience of hiring and developing new software talent. You will have an excellent technical foundation and most likely have a Computer science degree (or equivalent) from a top university.
