The Role: Leading & delivering complex projects in the cloud & on-prem Support colleagues with escalated issues from the helpdesk Troubleshoot 3rd line, complex issues Actively contribute to maintaining and acquiring accreditations Required Experience includes: Minimum 2 years' 3rd line experience Connectwise experience desired Windows Server 2008 through 2016 Windows OS 7 through 10 Active Directory, DNS Office 365 & Azure Virtualisation - VMware, HyperV Networking - Firewalls, Switches, Routers etc They are looking to pay up to £35,000 and it is an immediate requirement with interviews being arranged around you.
