C# Developer,Software Engineer,.NET,ASP.NET,Cyber Security,Patching FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 1 YEAR Initially the role will be remote working during the period of lockdown because of COVID-19 and then the role will be based in Reading,Berkshire. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ELEGIBLE TO GAIN SC CLEARANCE - ILR or British Citizenship is a minimum requirement for these positions. You will join one of the largest consulting, digital services and software businesses in the UK and be part of one of their very successful business units based in Reading who currently provide services to the MOD and require a Senior Developer to help with a large transformation project. The nature of the role will be to develop and work on a large-scale enterprise application. You will be exposed to the full development lifecycle covering all areas. You will be responsible for the design, code,unit testing of the required solution, from the innovative user interface through to the server-side processes as well as looking at some Cyber Security issues including patching. C# Developer,Software Engineer,.NET,ASP.NET,Cyber Security,Patching You'll have experience in software development using C# and .NET Framework 3.5-4.7, Web API, Web Services and Windows Services. You'll have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and SOLID Principles. Also you will have experience of patching in Cyber Security,fixing security vulnerabilities and other bugs within the code. Experience working in an agile environment is ideal, and you'll have a track record delivering work to schedule and to specification, and as well as experience of object oriented design. We are also looking for experience of database design on enterprise scale database systems and knowledge of web application security.
