Software Development Manager – Still Hiring A Software Development Manager is needed to help the continued growth of one of the UK’s most exciting technology brands that is continuing its impressive scale-up. The software development manager opportunity would suit an experienced software engineer that is looking to take more leadership / management experience and to help grow and develop a high-performing team. The software development manager role is less of a hands-on coding position but is highly focused around people and team development. You will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and scaling a team of software engineers to work on exciting new projects from a highly desirable Central-London location. About You: You will come from a strong software development background (ideally Java or Scala but other backgrounds welcome). You will be an incredible communicator. You will have experience of managing and leading a small team. You will have experience of hiring and developing new software talent. You will have an excellent technical foundation and most likely have a Computer science degree (or equivalent) from a top university.
