Overview
Are you a confident and skillful PHP Developer? Do you want to work with the latest opensource technologies? Harvey Nash are working with an established Development team in Leeds who due to exciting expansion plans are looking to recruit PHP Developers to join their team. Longterm this role would be office based with partial remote working, my client is currently operating a 100% remote model and can complete the entire recruitment process and onboarding remotely. My client specialises in bespoke web development projects and has a reputation for quality, value and support, which has kept clients returning. They are currently engaged in a rewrite of one of their flagship systems. You will be an approachable leader with a proven technical background in PHP. You'll get the opportunity to be involved in this project from the beginning working with Laravel and Svelte/VueJS. Essential Skills - PHP experience (laravel) - MySQL, and experience of large datasets - Building and consuming Rest APIs - JavaScript (Vue / Svelte), Bootstrap - Experience with GIT, Vagrant, PHPunit and Selenium (or similar tools) - Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS - Excellent communication skills This is an exciting time to join a growing team and a rewarding role working with the latest opensource technologies.
