Overview
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Legal Advisor to join our highly reputable motoring client. Our client are one of the UK's most progressive and long-standing motoring organisations. Their Legal Advice team has an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional legal services on a broad range of issues. They are currently looking for a Legal Advisor to join their growing team in North Bristol. The role will involve providing initial legal advice to customers by telephone on a variety of private law matters. Matters will include: motoring, contracts, civil litigation, criminal, tort, personal injury, employment, property, etc. You will be required to deliver accurate policy application and guidance to customers on all policies provided by the organisation. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of a law degree or equivalent with a thorough understanding of the legal foundations such as contract, consumer law, negligence and torts. It is essential you have an understanding of both employment and property law. This can be gained through work or from the LPC. Salary is from £26,000 and will depend on experience.
