Overview
Domiciliary care manager role, based in Fareham, Hampshire. Your new company Your new company is a family owned business that provide healthcare services to Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Whiteley and surrounding areas. Your new company strives to ensure that each individual care package is unique to the clients personal and healthcare needs. Your new role Your new role will be to complete the duties and responsibilities of a domiciliary care manager. This will be ensuring that your service users are provided with flexible, reliable and high-quality care. You will have to ensure all referrals are responded to in a timely manner, you will also have to liaise with other working professionals to ensure the needs of the service users are met. In your new role you will be expected to working Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm, excluding on-call. Excellent opportunity for you to progress in your career. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience as a Deputy Manager (or similar experience) with a NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care. You will have to have excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC. To be successful you will be flexible, good at communication and great administration skills. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and ideally be medicated trained. You must have a full driving license and access to transport. What you'll get in return You will receive £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
