Would you like to earn £38,760pa working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm only? Due to the Covid-19 crisis, our client is offering later start dates. They are currently interviewing but will keep all offers live for 6 months if you would like to continue supporting the NHS right now. Are you a RGN? Do you have at least 1 year post qualification experience as a Staff Nurse/Community Nurse/Ward nurse? Does the idea of no more awkward shift patterns or weekend work sound great to you as a nurse? We are currently recruiting in Newport IOW for qualified Registered General Nurses who are looking to move away from a nurse ward based environment and put their nursing training and skills to use in a different role. The role of a functional assessor offers the day to day variety, the one to one interaction and the clinical expertise of a normal nursing role without the ever present threat of NHS cuts, awkward shift patterns and the feeling of being overworked and underpaid as a nurse. The starting salary is a £38,760pa base salary which comes with an excellent benefits package also including good company pension, private health care, life insurance etc. Probably the most attractive thing about the role for someone who has been a ward based nurse is the fixed working hours. It is a straight Monday to Friday role from 9am to 5pm.
