Overview
As the OD specialist you will be responsible for the design and delivery of OD projects. You will advise and guide business leaders and colleagues on OD practice and process. You will interface with business leaders, HR BP's, centres of expertise and external parties to drive thought leadership on best practice and industry standards. Key area of accountability will be problem definition, creation of a case for change from the design process through to completion. you must demonstrate a high level of experience and expertise in organisation design, working with senior stakeholders in a large organisation.
