If the answer is yes to these questions then please apply now Job description: Engineering Manager Responsibilities Take the lead in developing new products with high quality standard, on time, on budget and to the full scope of specification on performance and cost. Provide technical support to resolve field issues with the attitude of customer first. Play a leading role for the troubleshooting of field issues. As part of the middle management of the Product Company, actively support the operations team towards cost down initiatives (CC7) and continuous improvement projects. Closely collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate technical feasibility for new ideas and qualify the performance of competition products. Ensure our product portfolio meets legislative, industrial and corporate standards. Responsible for engineering laboratory with safety first measures, timely calibrated and well-maintained testing devices. Coach and develop the team to maximize performance and efficiency. Oversee the knowledge and skill matrix of your team and actively steering training programs to improve the competence level. Encourage a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination and challenge taking. Skills and experience: More than 8 years of experience with a comprehensive engineering background of air compressor, vacuum pump, air after treatment products or other medical related products. Preferably having the experience in the medical business. More than 3 years of experiences in people management as a manager or team leader. Good at communication and people development. Be familiar with new product development processes and have solid project management experience. Personality requirements You are passionate about technology and innovation. You have a result -driven, radiant personality and lead by example. You have a keen interest in the culture and the way of doing business in medical. You combine a strong personality with the ability to work as part of a team. You have a customer oriented attitude. Educational requirements Technical university degree. You hold an Engineering degree and have excellent analytical skills. You also need to be fluent in English.
