Overview

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work on a part time basis. This role, based in a firm in Knowsley, is a varied clerical position supporting a busy team with tasks such as – • Logging job requests on to Excel spreadsheets. • Creating jobs and entering various details on to company databases. Using SAP. • Support other departments and outsourced agencies including archiving. • Data entry and general filing. • Designing and looking at ways to improve their use of Excel. • Support with upcoming projects within the department. To be suitable for this position we would need someone with advanced Excel skills, such as knowledge of Vlook ups and Macros. You will have previous administrations experience or a track record of supporting a busy team. The hours of work are 15 per week and this is flexible, so if you are looking for part time then this will work around you Hourly rate of £9ph plus holiday pay.
