Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Returns Administrator to work for a reputable and market leading company based in Thatcham to start asap. Working within a small team you will be managing and tasked with improving the customer returns processes within the business. This is a permanent position and the hours of works will be Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30pm or Monday to Friday 10.30am - 7.00pm working alternative weeks. Key Responsibilities: Implementing company returns policies Managing cancellations and exchanges Maintain files and emails Maintain a high level of customer service Suggest improvements to current processes Liaise with third party logistics provider Via email and telephone Provide daily excel file with returns instructions Maintain data security with passwords Liaise with networks Via email and system updates Advise on upgrades and cancellations Qualifications and Experience Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work Competent in Excel (vlookups, function tools) If you are interested in this role and have the experience required then please apply online or contact me Claire.lachacz reedglobal.com
