Role: Temporary Administrator Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm with 1hr lunch and free onsite parking provided Salary: £7.83 - £8.21 per hour Location: Barnoldswick Tailor Made Commercial are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner of a market leading lettings business based in Barnoldswick. Our client is part of an international group and are seeking an Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis for 6 months. The successful candidate is responsible for providing general administrative experience to the wider product data team ensuring data is maintained and updated. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to gain exposure within a busy department. Our client can offer excellent progression opportunities as well as access to permanent roles within other areas of the business. Roles and responsibilities; ? Receiving and checking documentation prior to processing and amending where necessary ? Updating and maintaining the inhouse CRM system and website with client details, ensuring these are processed in line with pre-set timescales ? Assisting with and rectifying any problems that arise, ensuring client data can be processed accordingly ? Maintaining data and checking for any anomalies ? Assisting the wider team and other departments with any queries The ideal candidate will have; ? Administrative experience ? Excellent standard of IT literacy, including Microsoft applications and bespoke systems ?
