Management Accountant

An excellent position has arisen within a market leading FMCG for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to have an immediate impact on the continued success of the business. Working from the Haverhill site, the Management Accountant will be responsible for accurate monthly reporting alongside the responsibility for the monthly budgeting and forecasting processes. Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for: The timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts Supporting the senior finance team with the statutory reporting process Responsibility for the monthly budget and forecasting Assisting with the continual development of internal practices and systems developments Ownership of the monthly procedures; accruals, prepayments and trial balance Supporting with the purchase and sales ledger processes Supporting the wider business units with accurate financial information Profile The successful candidate for the Management Accountant will be: Actively pursuing their ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification Strong user of Excel; V Lookps, Pivot Tables and Sumifs An ambitious individual, comfortable working with senior stakeholders within the business Previous FMCG experience would be advantageous Job Offer The successful candidate for the position will be joining a leading Haverhill business with the opportunity to receive a highly competitive salary alongside a strong benefits package, and strong career development.
