Overview
This is an incredible opportunity to work for a long-standing Microsoft Gold Partner within their highly regarded MSP team. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of 2nd line support, core infrastructure technologies and experience of working with users at all levels of the organisation. It is important that you have prior experience of working with Office 365 and Azure products within a large environment too. We are looking for a well-presented and articulate technical engineer with a customer focused attitude to their work. You will be situated centrally within the client's offices within the MSP hub with six of your colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's most exciting consultancies on site with their prestigious London client. They offer an unrivalled training and development package with a focus on Microsoft Azure Certifications. If you need something to either make you a better engineer (training & certs) or make your job easier (budget for personal tech), then you can get it. You? Experience of 2nd line support across large environments Deployment experience of Win Server, Active Directory, Exchange & System Centre You'll be CCNA / MCSA level. You don't need to have the certs (the knowledge will do) but they would be a bonus This is a client facing role so the ability to present your work to both non-technical and technical people, so good communication is key Experience of automating and packaging desktop applications is essential We are offering the opportunity for you to be a technical specialist in a cutting-edge environment where you will be the "go-to" expert for high level IT support.
