Overview
ACS are now recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join an Estates team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm, working closely with a highly experienced partner led team. Candidates should have a high level commercial awareness with solid technical & drafting skills and good attention to detail. The successful candidate will advise and support clients with the following: o Estate and succession planning; o preparation of complex Wills; o administration of high value deceased Estates; o creation of Trusts and Settlements; and o preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. This role provides excellent opportunities to initiate and participate in the Firm’s business development.
