Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst Job Description The Company works within the Financial Service industry and is well established globally and they're looking for a Business Analyst for their London office Role & Responsibilities To then identify and document a set of technical requirements in JIRA following an Agile method to address specific technical requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager and third parties where needed. Assist the Scrum Mater with 'grooming user stories' with acceptance criteria to the level they can be actioned by the Scrum team including QA. Configuration experience is essential. Experience working on the Service Cloud Platform To complete other Business Implementation tasks as and when defined. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Salesforce (or similar) Strong documentation and communication skills Have strong capabilities with Salesforce software development Have strong capabilities with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence Benefits This company are offering a competitive discretionary bonus and 23 days holiday.
