Overview
Our Client are a Housing Charity based in north Leeds, They are seeking a Part / Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent accountant to cover maternity leave on a part time basis working 17.5 hours per week. Reporting into the Finance Manager this role will take responsibility for: Expenditure Reporting working closely with budget holders across the business Preparing monthly management accounts for expenditure including detailed variance analysis and associated reporting Monthly reporting to FD Preparation of expense budgets Administration of the rental system ensuring payments are made in a timely manner Maintaining financial control of payments, primary signatory on account Line responsibility for PL and document management system and the clerical team Year-end support and ad hoc reporting The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in the following areas: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong systems skills Ability to plan and manage own workload and that of the team Flexible approach Sharp Consultancy is a finance and accountancy recruitment specialist assisting accounting and finance divisions of businesses in the Yorkshire and Derbyshire area.
